The promoter of this event is Ivan Mejias from Philadelphia.  Mejias stated, "We are looking forward to coming to US 131 Motorsports Park with our import vs domestic competition.  It's a dream come true to be in the Midwest market."  Stephanie Peterson US 131 Motorsports Park's marketing director said, "One of Ivan's associate's, Tito, and I have talked about this event for 10 years now.  To say that we are excited to bring this event to our area would be an understatement." 

With the many classes that Mejias has put together racers are sure to find a class where they can be competitive.  The Quick 16 East vs. Midwest Import class, no electronics, will award the winner $4,000, runner-up $1,000 and semi-finalists $500.  The Quick 32 Import vs. Domestic, no electronics, will award the winner $3,000, runner-up $1,000, semi-finalists $500.   Entry fees for these two classes are $100 and include the driver and up to two crew.

There will be two Bracket classes, no electronics contested.  Bracket I is for racecars running 11.99 or quicker and the winner will receive $600, runner-up $250, semi-finalists $100.  Bracket II is for racecars running 12.00 and slower.  The winner will receive $600, runner-up $250, semi-finalists $100.  Tech cards for car and driver are $75 for each of these two classes.

The FWD (front wheel drive) Battle bracket race, no electronics is for racecars 12.50 and quicker.  The winner will receive $750, runner-up $250, semi-finalists $150. 

Saturday on the track will be time trials all day starting at 10am.  Depending upon car count another time trial may be given at 10am on Sunday before eliminations begin.

Spectator prices are $20 on Saturday and $25 on Sunday or only $40 for both days.  Children 12 and under are FREE when accompanied by a paying adult.  Tickets are available at the gate the day(s) of the race.  Gates open at 8am and time trials start at 10am each day.

A Friday night Test & Tune will be held Friday, April 25 before this event.  Only $12 to watch, $25 to race and children ages 6-12 are only $5, children under six are FREE.  Gates open at 5pm, testing from 6pm-11pm.
